Remi is an award winning DOP and self-shooting director working internationally across a wide range of projects.
With a specific focus on human led stories and a passion for shedding light on under-reported narratives, he uses film as a tool to foster human connection and raise awareness for environmental causes via the medium of short form documentaries and high impact filmmaking.
Remi has a skill for finding majesty in the mundane, and believes with the right line of questioning and detailed thematic research, every individual has a story to tell.
He has produced films for a diverse range of clients from Adidas to The UN in Somalia, and has had the good fortune to film in extreme environments from the Arctic to the Amazon.
His short film ‘Janga Bus’ in which he raised money to buy a minibus for a school in the The Gambia for the hearing impaired, and then proceeded to deliver it personally across the Sahara desert, was met with critical acclaim.
Remi is working closely with Indigo 24 to build out there Impact filmmaking arm.
